Lieberace Consulting Services LLC was founded in 2020 by Matt Lieb, a multidiscipline NDE Level III, to provide specialized NDE engineering, consulting, training, and automation services to manufacturers, inspection providers, fabrication facilities, and other industries with demanding inspection requirements. a

Before founding Lieberace, Matt worked in SpaceX’s NDE Engineering group as a Level III Specialist, where he developed, qualified, documented, and implemented advanced phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) inspections for critical aerospace components. These inspection systems supported programs subject to NASA and U.S. Air Force/Space Force requirements and included applications using advanced robotics, custom tooling, and highly specialized inspection software and instrumentation.

Matt previously served as a multidiscipline Level III and Quality Manager with Team Industrial Services, supporting refinery, power generation, manufacturing, structural, bridge, piping, and other industrial applications.

Today, Lieberace combines this experience with modern inspection technology to solve complex NDE challenges—from procedure and technique development to automated robotic inspection systems, personnel qualification, training, and technical support.

We maintain current ASNT NDT Level III professional certifications in UT, MT, PT, and VT along with AWS Certified Welding Inspector. A copy of these certifications can be forwarded upon request. We can also provide evidence of previous training, experience hours, and previous formal certifications to satisfy Level II and III qualification for MT, PT, UT, VT, PAUT, and PMI to ASNT SNT-TC-1a, CP-189, and NAS-410.
